The third leg of Major League Show Jumping brought an action-packed weekend to Greenwich, filled with thrilling sport, sold-out crowds, and unforgettable moments
It started with a qualifier win, escalated into a team showdown, and ended with a Grand Prix decided by the smallest of margins. The intensity ran through the entire weekend.
Friday – Gregory Wathelet wins the Cabana Coast Qualifier 🏆
Three-time Belgian Olympian Gregory Wathelet opened Leg 3 on top form, riding Argentina de la Marchette to victory in the $62,500 Cabana Coast 5* Qualifier. His time of 36.02 seconds led a competitive jump-off, adding points to the Roadrunners’ tally and boosting him inside the top 15 individually.
Saturday – Trailblazers reclaim dominance in team competition 💪
The Trelawny Trailblazers returned to familiar ground with a gold medal in the $262,500 Trelawny Farm 5* Team Competition. Clear rounds from Conor Swail and Nayel Nassar carried the team into the gold medal jump-off, where Natalie Dean secured victory on Oasis van de Bucxtale. Silver went to Maccabi United, the defending Greenwich champions, while Helios secured bronze ahead of Team KPF. Maccabi stays in front of the standings, with the Trailblazers gaining ground.
Sunday – Kent Farrington captures the Grand Prix of Greenwich 🥇
World no. 1 Kent Farrington secured his eighth five-star Grand Prix win of 2025, taking the $340,000 5* Grand Prix of Greenwich with Toulayna.
