Major League Show Jumping’s (MLSJ) 14-day trade window officially closed this week, marking a pivotal moment in the fifth season.
With Leg 5 in Tryon now behind, teams across The League finalised their rosters in preparation for the decisive stretch of the calendar.
During the transfer period, managers used the opportunity to refine their strategies; welcoming new talent, strengthening key partnerships, and preparing for the challenges ahead in Palm Springs.
“We are very proud to have such a strong group of athletes competing in the Major League tour this season. Holding 5* events in North America with such a strong field, shows the impact MLSJ has had on the sport in North America.” said MLSJ co-founder Keean White.
Team Highlights
Transfers
The biggest roster shake-up of the season comes from the league’s youngest squad, The Rainmakers. French rider Jeanne Sadran makes her MLSJ debut as she joins the team for the second half of Season 5, alongside Keri Potter, who also steps into the League for the first time. Eduardo Menenzes rounds out the refreshed Rainmakers roster as they look to make a late-season push up the standings.
Team KPF also welcomes fresh faces to its line-up. Stella Wasserman, who recently added Myla to her string, formerly campaigned by Kent Farrington, joins the roster with momentum. Cassio Rivetti is another key addition, bringing depth and experience as the team looks to strengthen its position heading into the latter half of the season.
Current leaders Maccabi United make a strategic addition of their own with Uma O’Neill joining the roster. As the current team to beat, Maccabi aims to keep their grip on the top of the standings heading into the final stretch.
What’s Next
With transfers now complete, attention turns to the next stages of the season: Palm Springs, Kentucky and the finals in Monterrey, Mexico.
Each team enters the final stretch with refined rosters and renewed determination to secure their place among the League’s elite.
