Nestled in the rolling hills of North Carolina, Tryon International Equestrian Center is more than just a venue, it’s a landmark of sport and style.
Each October, Major League Show Jumping returns to Mill Spring, NC for a stop that blends world-class competition with the unmistakable charm of the American South.
Host of the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games, Tryon stands as one of the most sophisticated venues on the circuit.
Riders and fans alike are drawn to its sweeping Blue Ridge Mountain views, state-of-the-art arenas, and signature “Saturday Night Lights” atmosphere, where the sport comes alive under the glow of the stadium lights.
Last year, Tryon hosted unforgettable performances, including:
- Conor Swail’s breakthrough MLSJ Grand Prix victory with Casturano under the lights, marking a milestone for the Trailblazers. - The Archers also claimed their first team gold of the season, led by Harry Charles, Nicola Philippaerts, and Aaron Vale, who brought fresh energy to the competition. - It was also where Olympic silver medalist Laura Kraut made her MLSJ debut for Helios, setting a high bar for excellence in 2025.
This weekend’s edition promises to raise the bar again…
Featuring Olympic-level riders and powerhouse teams vying for points in the CSI5* Team Competition on Friday and the $340,000 KASK Grand Prix under the lights on Saturday. From strategic team showdowns to thrilling individual duels, Tryon delivers both spectacle and high-level sport.
