MLSJ moves into Leg’s 6 & 7 at the Desert International Horse Park for Coachella Cup, a venue that blends world-class sport with the unmistakable atmosphere of southern California.
Known for its panoramic desert landscapes and palm-lined arenas, DIHP has become one of the League’s most distinctive stops. Its setting often sparks a familiar question: is this the same site that hosts the iconic music festival? While the two share a name and the same Coachella Valley backdrop, they bring different expressions of culture.
One gathers global artists, the other gathers elite athletes.

Across two weekends, the League returns for Leg’s 6 & 7
The competitive energy builds through the week, with the Cabana Coast Team Competition on Friday and the CSI5* Coachella Cup presented by Morrow Meadows Corporation under the lights on Saturday night that anchors the first week. Riders arrive with form, strategy and momentum as they prepare for the next two legs of the season.
Spectators can expect a blend of polished sport and West Coast atmosphere.
