As the season progresses, fantasy teams have become more than a fan activity…
They are a real-time reflection of performance across Major League Show Jumping.
Each leg offers new data points: who delivers under pressure, which combinations sustain form, and where value exists beyond headline results.
Across Greenwich, Highlands Cup, Tryon, Coachella and Palm Springs, clear patterns have emerged, and they now allow us to define a Fantasy Team of the Season (so far).
The most selected riders so far:
Based on frequency of appearance across all legs and fan voting results, a core group has consistently shaped team selections:
Daniel Bluman
Kent Farrington
Nicola Philippaerts
Nina Mallevaey
Conor Swail
This group represents the foundation of fan trust. Their selections are not driven by isolated wins, but by repeatability: clear rounds, consistent Grand Prix performances and impact across both team and individual formats.
This is not just a ranking: it is a reflection of who consistently shapes outcomes across the league.
Looking deeper, frequency of selection becomes its own performance metric:
- Daniel Bluman stands out with a near-perfect Grand Prix record, including clear rounds across every leg.
- Kent Farrington continues to deliver at the highest level, reinforcing his position as a default pick.
- Nina Mallevaey has built one of the strongest consistency streaks of the season with consecutive clear rounds in 5* Grand Prix competition.
- Nicola Philippaerts and Conor Swail consistently combine team impact with individual results.
At a team level, this also reflects broader dynamics:
- Maccabi United’s consistency
- Trailblazers’ clutch performances
- Archers’ late-season momentum
Following Kentucky and the Season Finals in Monterrey, the official Season 5 Fantasy Team will be revealed.
